Ask us to source one individual part of your wedding or several. We act as the contracting and communication layer between you and the supplier.
1. You send us your brief
Tell us what you need, your wedding date, venue, preferred style, practical requirements and approximate budget.
2. We source suitable options
We search our supplier network, check suitability and availability, and create a proposal for you.
3. You approve the service and price
Your proposal explains what is included and the price payable to The Wedding Concierge.
4. We contract and coordinate
Your customer contract is with us. We separately hire and contract with the supplier, manage the brief, and remain the point of contact throughout.
5. The service is delivered
We confirm the final arrangements and the supplier delivers the agreed service at your wedding. Pre-wedding contact remains managed through us unless a meeting is specifically required for the service.
Who contracts with whom?
The customer contracts with The Wedding Concierge. The Wedding Concierge separately contracts with the chosen supplier. This allows you to manage the customer relationship, service standards, payments and supplier communication.
